Our residents enjoy the peaceful surroundings as they enter the front gate, as well as the convenience of living near the city. Popular shopping, dining, and entertainment areas are less than a 30 minute drive away, while many grocery stores, restaurants, medical facilities and other local conveniences can be found within a few miles of Hidden Valley Airpark.

 

 

New Custom Homesites

Phase VI of Hidden Valley Airpark is now under development offering picturesque 1+ acre homesites. With only ten total homesites available, these lots will not last long. 

Spacious Homesites

At Hidden Valley Airpark, all of our homesites are one acre and larger, giving you plenty of room to build your dream home and hangar. All Phase VI lots have access to taxiways that lead to the runway. Many of these lots also have an abundance of mature trees and views of the new retention pond.

 

All new lots will have utilities (water, underground electric, natural gas, and high-speed internet) available at the front of the lot. Interior roadways and infrastructure are under development as of March 1, 2024.

Established in 1967, Hidden Valley Airpark is a community with diverse architectural styles and does not require the use of any set builders for your custom home. Homes must have a minimum of 2,000 square feet of enclosed living area and be built to required specifications in order to protect the value and attractiveness of all properties within the community.

The Community

Residents enjoy the use of community fishing ponds as well as our equestrian facility and stables. In the evenings you will often find neighbors out and about on their golf carts, riding bikes, or walking their dogs around the community. You might even find a group of folks gathered around the fuel pump watching planes land and enjoying  the sunset.
